York Digital Image is York's only independent city centre photo processing lab and print-shop.

We are now the only one-stop shop in York where you can process all your digital images, from a digital camera memory card or direct from a CD or Mobile phone.   We provide a full photo print service in-house, processing film and digital media into whatever format you require.    Our mini-lab in the shop can produce your prints in the time frame you need.

We have a range of large format printers and finishing equipment to produce high quality prints, Giclee fine-art prints, canvasses and most recently the stunning glossy new acrylic prints.

This is a new stunning way to display your favourite images.

Printed onto 10mm plastic board and over-laminated with a protective film, our block mounts look stunning and are a cost effective way of producing durable wall mountings.

A large selection of ready-made frames and a made-to-measure framing service for special images.

We can copy old Super-8 or Hi-8 cine film to DVD, plus most other formats of video and audio tape.   Please ask for further information and prices.

We offer a full passport photo service in our studio for all international formats including American passports, Australian passports, European passports and Far East passports.

You can either upload your photos whilst sitting in front of your computer at home or visit us in store in the centre of York and we’ll give you all the help you need.   Either way, help is always available.

Minilab processing - we provide a next day service and a 1 hour service.

Large format prints will be generally be printed and ready for collection within 7 days.

For an additional carriage figure they can be sent out to you.

Order small quantities as you take the photos or larger quantities to qualify for our discounted prices.

With all orders you will have the option of archiving your images to CD, so that you can make sure you never lose the original images.
